Pickaro Terms & Conditions
Pickaro website and app · Updated 11 October 2026
1. Using Pickaro
Pickaro helps you discover products, food, groceries, stays and services, compare available offers, and interact with businesses. These terms apply to the Pickaro website and app. Read the relevant listing, checkout information and category policy before completing a transaction. Your use of Pickaro does not remove rights available under applicable consumer law.
You may browse without creating an account. Actions such as placing a Pickaro order, managing a business, messaging about an order or publishing a verified review require an appropriate account. You must provide accurate information and have authority to enter the transaction.
2. Pickaro orders and external offers
A Pickaro seller listing and an external provider offer can have different purchasing journeys. A Pickaro order is recorded through the Pickaro ordering flow. An external offer identifies its source and may take you to a provider to complete the purchase. The provider controls that external payment, availability, fulfilment and refund process. Keep the provider confirmation as well as any Pickaro reference.
A comparison result is not a reservation or guaranteed availability. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, the price and eligibility must be confirmed before payment.
3. Prices, fees and comparison
Seller item prices, discounts, delivery charges and other applicable amounts should be shown before confirmation. For products labelled Delivery included, the displayed product price includes delivery to a serviceable destination, and checkout does not add another shipping charge. Courier serviceability is checked using the confirmed delivery address. Cash on Delivery adds a separate ₹49 surcharge where COD is available; prepaid payment does not include this COD surcharge. Restaurant delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds follow the business terms shown for that order.
Prices from different sources may relate to different quantities, variants, included services or delivery areas. Compare the details, not only the headline amount. A displayed starting price or item price is not necessarily the complete delivered or booked total. Do not rely on an expired offer.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your login and device access secure. Do not share one-time codes or payment credentials in chat. Tell support promptly if you suspect account misuse. You are responsible for confirming the delivery address, phone number, selected variants, dates and quantities before placing an order.
Pickaro may restrict an account for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access or repeated policy violations. Blocking, business deletion and order cancellation are separate actions. A restricted account does not automatically erase existing transaction records or remove valid refund claims.
5. Food, groceries and product information
Sellers are responsible for accurate names, photos, descriptions, prices, availability and relevant product details. Photos may differ slightly from an actual handmade, prepared or packaged item, but must not misrepresent what is sold. Review quantity, portion, expiry information where relevant and seller instructions.
For allergies, dietary restrictions or other important requirements, confirm the information directly with the business before ordering. Image recognition suggestions are not verified ingredient, nutrition or allergen information.
6. Bookings and services
For hotels, review dates, room type, guest count, check-in rules, included amenities and the cancellation policy. For appointments, review location, time, duration, visit fee and scope of work. A request awaiting business acceptance is different from a confirmed booking.
Extra work, upgrades or additional guests may involve extra charges only when disclosed and agreed. Keep any agreement in the order or booking conversation.
7. Payments and refunds
Use the supported payment flow and retain receipts. A payment screenshot alone is not proof that funds were received or settled. A support request is not a refund confirmation. Refund review, approval, initiation and bank completion are separate steps described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Pickaro does not ask you to disclose a card PIN or UPI PIN to a seller or support agent. Do not pay an unexpected refund processing charge or share an OTP to receive a refund.
8. Reviews, chat and acceptable conduct
Publish reviews based on your actual experience. Do not submit fake ratings, impersonate another customer, upload material you do not have permission to use, threaten people or disclose private personal information. Sellers cannot create customer ratings for their own completed orders.
Order and booking chat should relate to the transaction. Pickaro may review reported content and restrict abusive activity. Do not use the platform to advertise prohibited goods or bypass access controls.
9. Availability and changes
Services can be interrupted by network problems, unavailable providers, maintenance or events beyond reasonable control. Where an operation fails, use the displayed recovery process or support rather than repeatedly submitting a payment or order.
These terms may be updated. The version relevant to your transaction and mandatory rights remain relevant to existing disputes. Continued use of new features is subject to the terms disclosed for those features.
10. Help and disputes
For a Pickaro transaction, open the order or booking and report the issue, or use Support Tickets and Contact Us. Include your reference, issue description and relevant evidence. For a purchase completed at an external provider, contact that provider using its order reference; Pickaro can assist with identifying the source of an offer.
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Business identity, available customer care channels and any designated grievance contact should be consulted on Contact Us.
