LM5116 Wide Range Synchronous Buck Controller IC (HTSSOP-20) is a high-voltage synchronous buck controller from Texas Instruments designed for efficient DC-DC step-down power supplies operating from a wide input voltage range of 6V to 100V. It uses emulated peak current mode control for excellent line regulation, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and easy loop compensation. The controller drives external high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, making it suitable for high-power industrial, automotive, and telecom applications.
