TNY268PN Power Integrations Off-Line Switcher with Low Power IC - DIP-8 Package is a highly integrated off-line switcher IC from the TinySwitch-II family by Power Integrations. It combines a 700V power MOSFET, PWM controller, startup circuitry, current limiting, and thermal protection into a single device, enabling compact and efficient AC-DC power supply designs.
