Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about finding products, comparing listings and shopping across stores.
Do I need an account to search?
You can browse categories and search products without creating an account. Sign in when you want to save eligible products or use account features. An account on Pickaro is separate from an account at the store where you buy. Signing in here does not sign you in to every merchant or transfer a merchant order into your Pickaro account.
Why do related variants appear in the same search?
Search helps you explore the available choices, so related models and variants can appear together. For example, a 12V 2A charger search can include a 12V 5A adapter. Read the voltage, current, connector size and other specifications before buying. For a replacement part, also check the manufacturer guidance and compatibility. Appearance alone is not enough to establish that a product will fit your device.
Why can I not compare two listings?
Comparison is for matching products. Important differences in model, size, capacity, colour or specifications can make a price comparison misleading. If the available product information is too incomplete to confirm a match, the comparison may not accept the listing. This does not prevent you from searching, opening details or using View Deal. Review the original store specifications if you need more certainty.
How do I search in one category?
Open Categories, use its search field and choose a department or subcategory. Enter the product name in the main search box. The selected category remains part of the search. To expand your choice, clear filters or choose All Products. A broad department can include several smaller areas, while a subcategory focuses on a specific type of item.
Does every store have results for every product?
Available results depend on what each store offers and which listings are currently available to search here. A store may have no matching product, incomplete information or temporarily unavailable results. A store name is not a guarantee that every product from that store is indexed. When direct store-search links appear, they open an external search page; they do not represent a confirmed in-stock product or a quoted price.
How many products can I browse?
A store section begins with a manageable group of product cards. Choose Load More to continue within that section, or View All to browse the store’s available listings. The first row is not a total inventory limit. Loading small groups keeps browsing usable on mobile connections. If a store has fewer published listings, the row will be shorter rather than filled with duplicate or invented products.
Are prices and discounts final?
The store checkout is the place to confirm the current total. A displayed price can change, and shipping, location, taxes, membership conditions or a selected payment method can affect what you pay. Review the offer terms and the final order summary. A crossed-out price or discount percentage does not replace checking the merchant’s current selling price and eligibility rules.
Where do I buy, return or track an order?
View Deal opens the store. You pay there and receive the store’s order reference and confirmation. Use that store to track delivery, cancel, return or seek warranty help. Pickaro does not receive your card details through that checkout. For a website issue, use Contact Us; for an order issue, contact the merchant shown on your purchase record.
What happens to saved products and alerts?
Saving a product helps you find it later. It does not reserve stock, guarantee availability or lock the price. A target-price alert depends on updated information and the features available for your account. If a product disappears or changes, inspect the current merchant page before relying on an old saved entry. Recent views are a browsing aid and should not be treated as proof of purchase.
