Pickaro Delivery & Shipping Policy

Pickaro website and app · Updated 11 October 2026

1. Delivery eligibility

Delivery depends on the seller, selected items, destination and available fulfilment services. A business can offer pickup, local delivery or supported courier delivery. Not every listing or PIN code is serviceable. Confirm the options shown for your order.

2. Shop shipping

For Pickaro-managed shop delivery, the seller provides pickup details, parcel weight and dimensions. Your confirmed address supplies destination details. Pickaro compares eligible connected courier quotes under its configured shipping rules. The lowest eligible quoted amount can differ from an unavailable headline rate.

3. Delivery charges

For a Pickaro product labelled Delivery included, the listed price includes delivery and is the prepaid item amount. No separate shipping charge is added again at checkout. Serviceability is checked after you enter the destination. Other listings and external offers must show their applicable delivery terms before confirmation. COD adds ₹49 only when COD is selected and eligible; prepaid does not include that COD surcharge.

For a product listed to the customer at ₹599 with delivery included, prepaid checkout is ₹599 and COD checkout is ₹648, before any customer-selected additions. The ₹49 COD surcharge applies once per order. The underlying courier cost can vary; it is not added again to a delivery-included order.

4. Food and local delivery

Restaurant delivery fees, minimum order requirements, free-delivery thresholds, preparation times and delivery radius are business-specific. Check them before confirming. A location outside the business service area may be ineligible even if the business appears in search.

5. Addresses and timing

Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Estimated delivery or preparation times are estimates unless the selected service expressly guarantees otherwise. Weather, route conditions, pickup delays or service disruptions can affect fulfilment.

6. Tracking and failures

Shipment booking and tracking details are shown when available from the courier. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean a parcel has already been collected. If pickup, booking or tracking is delayed, use the order support flow.

A failed booking should be investigated before another parcel is created. Avoid asking a seller to create a duplicate shipment while the first booking status is uncertain.

7. Delivery issues

Report damage, missing items, incorrect delivery or a disputed delivery status with the order reference and relevant evidence. For unsuccessful delivery, follow the courier and support instructions. Redelivery, return and RTO charges must be assessed using disclosed terms and applicable rights.

8. Pickup and external fulfilment

For store pickup, use the confirmed business address and collection instructions. External provider purchases follow that provider’s fulfilment flow. Pickaro does not guarantee live tracking for a provider that has not supplied a supported tracking connection.
